The Philadelphia Eagles desperately need to bounce back next season.

They started the season 10-1, and things got quite ugly after that.

That’s why former NFL player Chris Canty believes this team could have a culture problem.

Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, he argued that as much as people talk about the Dallas Cowboys’ organizational issues — and rightfully so — their divisional rivals might not be much different.

He thinks that they could have a tough time with leadership now that they’ve lost Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox, adding that no head coach-quarterback duo might be under more pressure than Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts.

“Are we sure that the Philadelphia Eagles don’t have a culture problem? … I don’t know that there’s a head coach-quarterback tandem that is going to be under more pressure this than Jalen Hurts and Nick Sirianni,” Canty said.

Truth be told, this isn’t that far-fetched.

Sirianni drew plenty of criticism late in the season, and some believed he could even be fired.

Howie Roseman and the organization doubled down on him and hired some elite assistant coaches to give him a helping hand, but he might not have a long leash at this point after everything that transpired.

As for Hurts, people give him a pass because of his health issues last season, but he’ll be asked to deliver in 2024, especially considering the mammoth of a contract he signed.

The Eagles have a lot of talent on both sides of the field, but there are major questions regarding leadership.

So, even if he led them to the Super Bowl a couple of seasons ago, it wouldn’t be shocking to see Sirianni heading out of the door if this team underperforms again next season.
